genertec held a centralized signing event to seal purchase deals with more than ten well-known global companies such as royal philips, siemens ag and rohde & schwarz from healthcare, power, household appliances and audio-visual equipment sectors on nov 6 at the site of the third ciie in shanghai.
in order to meet the people’s demand for consumption upgrading, genertec’s business attention focused on the fields of medical, healthcare and consumer electronics during the third ciie as they can help improve people’s livelihood. the group purchased medical equipment and household appliances from ct scanners, nuclear magnetic resonances and color ultrasound to electronic toothbrush, coffee machine and air purifier. among them, the turnover of consumer electronics soared by 50 percent on a year-on-year basis.
as an important member of the trading group formed by centrally-administered state-owned enterprises, genertec has brought more than 400 people from its headquarters and 12 subsidiaries to the third ciie. the group predicted that the total transaction amount would increase by 10 percent from the second ciie held in shanghai in 2019.
